From product discovery and UX strategy to the final design system, I was involved throughout the entire product journey. I designed complex admin workflows, executive dashboards, member experiences, event management, role-based permissions, AI-powered conversation intelligence, and responsive interfaces. Every decision was made to create a platform that feels elegant, scalable, and effortless while handling the complexity of a premium leadership ecosystem.
