As a Supporting Product Designer, I played a key role in shaping the MyHub product experience across the customer application, MyHub Retail + AI POS, MyHub Ride Pilot, MyHub 360 ERP, and the corporate website. Working closely with product teams and developers, I contributed to product discovery, UX research, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, visual design, design systems, high-fidelity prototyping, iterative improvements, and developer handoff—helping build a scalable, user-centric digital ecosystem that connects customers, businesses, and enterprises through a unified experience.
